Chokers made their appearance in a few of the Spring 16 runway shows (Dior, Chanel, J.W. Anderson), but who would have thought they would be THE trend of Spring/Summer?

I love what the “new” chokers did for Raf Simon’s last collection for Dior.  They added an immediate coolness to the looks and an accessibility of sorts to the luxury collection.  And, it seems, just about everyone else has also picked up on this trend.

Here are some of my favorite versions of chokers, all by Fallon.  They range from simple leather string ties to rhinestone decorated versions, and even incorporate the handkerchief trend.  Honestly, even a homemade, wide piece of fabric wrapped around the neck looks perfectly chic.  Do try this one at home.

This past fashion month, Kendall Jenner seriously elevated her model-off-duty style game.  She looked every part the polished jet-setter girl.  From her perfectly un-perfect hair all the way down to her Stella creepers, Kendall nailed each look and is wearing the trends like a true style icon.  Here are some of my favorite looks:
